Tuition Assistance

Holy Spirit School is blessed to provide tuition assistance to our families through funds made available by the Diocese, the parish, and the PTO. Students in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade are eligible for tuition assistance.

All families interested in being considered for tuition assistance must complete the application available through FACTS, the third-party financial management company contracted by the Diocese of Arlington. The application for tuition assistance for the 2025-26 school year opens on November 1, 2024. The deadline to apply is March 12, 2025. (NOTE: Families applying for financial aid for both diocesan high school and elementary/middle school students will need to follow the high school deadline of January 10, 2025.)

FACTS Management makes quality education affordable for families by assisting schools in awarding financial aid. FACTS collects financial data so Holy Spirit School can make accurate award decisions based on financial need.

You may login to your FACTS user account to review the status of your application. Please allow 2 weeks processing time from the date you provided the supporting documents before inquiring further about receipt and/or status of the uploaded or faxed documents. If you are applying after the deadline, please contact Holy Spirit School to ensure that your application will be accepted.

*A non-refundable application fee may be required before your application will be submitted.

NOTE: Award decisions are made by Holy Spirit School, not FACTS. Tuition assistance awards are granted for one academic year only and are based on each family’s demonstrated financial need.
