60 Hours of Giving

Participation is measured by the number of current Holy Spirit School families (or households) that contribute to the Annual Fund. Although we encourage and greatly appreciate the support of extended family members and friends, those donations do not count towards family participation, but they do count toward class challenge prizes as well as bonus entries for daily individual prize drawings.

Yes! All annual fund donations received since the start of this campaign count toward your family’s participation. Your child(ren)’s class has already been credited with the appropriate participation point(s) for your gift, and you and your child(ren) will be entered into the daily prize drawings.

No. Multiple donations are not required. Families need only to submit ONE online pledge card and donation. Participation points will be credited equally to each class that family represents. The same goes for gifts received from family and friends on behalf of your children.

Example: A family with 3 children gives a single gift of $100. Child A and Child A's class, Child B and Child B's class, and Child C and Child C's class will each receive a participation point for that single donation.

Due to the short timeframe of this challenge, online donations are preferred to ensure your child is credited and does not miss out on the daily prize drawings. If you are unable to utilize the online donation form, please contact us to make other payment arrangements.

Every family has its own obligations and expenses. We only ask that you give what is most comfortable for you. Regardless of the dollar amount, every donation counts as participation and makes a difference. Collectively, small giving can have a big impact.

Yes, if the donor includes your child’s name on the donation form, he/she will receive a Comfy Clothes Coupon Booklet if it has not already been earned through another donation. Please remember that the booklets are limited to one per student.

Yes! We welcome the opportunity to discuss match incentives with you. Incentives may include a 1:1 match (or other percentage) during the 60 hours or the “unlocking” of a bonus gift amount when a specified monetary goal or participation level is achieved collectively from all donors.
