Catholic Schools Week Day 2: Celebrating Vocations

Today we celebrate the many vocations that help our Holy Spirit community be the light each day. We are grateful for our priests, deacons, youth ministry, and religious education team who share God’s love with our students and model lives of faith, service, and kindness.

We are especially thankful for Fr. O’Donohue, our pastor, whose leadership and steady presence guide our parish and school with wisdom and care. We also thank Bishop Michael Burbidge for his continued support of Catholic education and for encouraging vocations across our diocese.

As we reflect on vocations, we look to St. John Vianney, patron saint of parish priests, who reminds us that small acts of faithfulness, kindness, and love can make a lasting impact.

May our students continue to grow in faith as they discover how God is calling each of them to serve.
