Holy Spirit School PreK Application Documents

Holy Spirit School is pleased to review your Application Packet for Pre-Kindergarten admissions for the 2026-2027 school year. When you have completed the diocesan application, scan and upload the required supporting documents and your application fee below. Please ensure your documents are clearly named with your child’s first and middle initials, last name, and name of the document.

Applications will be placed in the admissions queue for consideration when the diocesan application AND supporting documents and application fee below are received. If your child currently attends preschool, the Student Evaluation form must be sent directly to Holy Spirit School for your child’s Application Packet to be considered complete. Our registrar will contact applicants who are missing documents that may prevent your application from moving forward in the admissions process.
